Shipping

Our preffered method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail. Most packages are under 1 pound and can be shipped in USA for $4.60. Shipping on packages over 1 pound will be charged according to their weight. Call for costs on large packages.

At Country Silver your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchase from us we will gladly replace it, exchange it, or refund your money. If you request a refund, we will remit full purchase price less shipping charges.

Please send an e-mail with details of your order (link at the bottom of page), within 15 days from the date of purchase. The date of purchase is the date your order was shipped. The items to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition and in their original box. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping, we recommend you insure the product(s) for their full value. Return the merchandise prepaid, with the original packing slip and receipt inside, to the address at the bottom of this page.
